All Rentals are based on a four-hour rental that includes a 1/2-hour set up/breakdown.

Teresa and Arthur Milam Lobby

The lobby has a wide expanse of glass looking out to beautiful Hemming Plaza. Perfect for an intimate seated dinner or standing reception. Occupancy: 40 Seated, 120 Standing.

Café Nola @ MOCA

The Café is a perfect location during non-operational hours for a seated dinner or standing cocktail reception. It also can be rented in conjunction with the lobby to create a separate area for cocktails or public speaking. Occupancy: 75 seated, 106 standing.

Auditorium

The intimate 125-seat auditorium is perfect for panel discussions and lectures, film screenings, corporate presentations, and performing arts.

The Haskell Atrium Gallery

The three-story Haskell Atrium/Gallery is a favorite spot for elegant dinner parties or elegant cocktail receptions. Occupancy: 50 seated, 100 standing.

Permanent Collection/David A. Stein Family Gallery (Floor II)

MOCA Jacksonville’s permanent collection and David A. Stein Family Gallery, located on the second level of the Museum, can be combined with the rental of The Haskell Atrium Gallery and Lobby. Guests may enjoy viewing the works of art, although food and drinks are not permitted in the gallery.

Featured Exhibition Galleries (Floor III)

The Museum’s Featured Exhibition Galleries are located on the third floor of the Museum and can be combined with the rental of the second floor, The Haskell Atrium Gallery and Lobby. Guests may enjoy viewing the works of art, although food and drinks are not permitted in the gallery.

The Boardroom

Located on the Museum’s 4th floor, this room is perfect for meetings up to 20 people.

Art Education Studios (A and B)

The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Education Gallery is appropriate for small, non-seated receptions for up to 30 people. Located on the Museum’s 5th floor, two rooms are available for meetings and lunches for groups up to 50 people.
